Join us for Music Night, a laid-back evening of live folk and roots music at Fort Point Museum. Tonight, our summer series features talented Mike Simon and the Intentions playing original songs and beloved classics that celebrate community, stories, and the environment.
We suggest donation of $10 to help cover food, supplies, and support the museum’s programming.
Bring your friends, enjoy the music, and welcome summer.
Join us for a talk by Seán Kennedy, a settler scholar, professor of Irish literature, and scavenger artist who lives on the South Shore.
This talk explores what nations are, what fantasy is, and how they combine in the form of national fantasies. What is Canada’s national fantasy of itself, and what would it mean to reconcile ourselves to difficult truths that might threaten that fantasy?
